Liked our stay, and would return there. Special hotel, all we needed for celebrating birthday in Ras al-Khaimah. The location was stunning and perfect, in a buggy directly tonthe restaurant, convenient to go everywhere.

The hotel was spotless with very pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff.

The rooms were reasonably spacious & immaculate. Its stunning, secluded location was a plus.

The room was brand-new with a birthday cake, we were happy about that. Indian cuisine was served in the indoor restaurant.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, inside indoor restaurant. Everywhere was perfectly clean, room with climate control, television, coffee and tea making equipment was really well-appointed and brand-new. Staff were lovely friendly and extremely friendly.

I was upgraded to well-appointed a double room with a birthday cake. The property's location was stunning and unbeatable, to find for guests or taxi drivers who are unfamiliar with the area.

Incredible stay, recommend!

All the staff members are pleasant and incredible. I must comment on its secluded location - it was stunning. There is Tucano Coffee Rak nearby for a cup of coffee.

The staff was really kind and nice and the pool area was incredible. The location was particularly good, in downtown dubai- it's the best of both worlds! It took 5 minutes to reach Banyan Tree Ras al Khaimah Beach Resort on foot.

Some people working there were very rude.

The location is stunning and great and they have parking on-site. The hotel is in the lovely zone. The rooms here are spacious and luxurious with a birthday cake.

Tasty breakfast with pastries, French toast and also waffles and exceptional customer service. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, television, and coffee and tea making equipment. Beautiful and favourable location in a buggy directly tonthe restaurant, and 5 min walking distance to Banyan Tree Ras al Khaimah Beach Resort.

Lovely bed, room was extremely spacious and luxurious, with climate control and a couch bed. Had separate bathroom with all essentials. The staff was great and very good, top-notch services. Secluded location was a plus.

Though everything was good, some of the staff were very arrogant.

The location of the venue is great and breathtaking, next to the restaurant which is the first one in the row as well as an Island that looks unique and different something in Ras Khaimah. What's more, it's 800 ft from Beach. A villa has basic facilities you need.

The hotel was luxury, the room was brand-new and I greatly enjoyed cooperative staff. I was offered a room with breathtaking views of the sea. I found the venue's location beautiful and fantastic, very close to main attractions, clear sea and bamboo/garden. I ate in the indoor restaurant nearby. I was there for 3 nights and would return there.

The rooms are well-appointed and come with thoughtful amenities, such as balloons and a birthday cake for special occasions. Breakfast at this hotel is simply delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.
